Starting in 2018, this project began with an in-depth design process. Our team of expert designers work with the VOC (Voice of Customer) of the project, designer, builder, and contractor. This thorough process allows all parties to be on the same page, but most importantly ensures the ultimate satisfaction from our customer. This project soon grew into four different phases due to the depth of work to be done.

This project is one of the larger jobs that Julian & Sons has completed and installed. Overall, this project includes an upstairs and downstairs bar, kitchen, gun room, entertainment center with a hidden pivot door, bathroom cabinetry/vanities, and laundry room cabinetry.

One of the most impressive rooms/levels of this private residence is the basement. The nearly 17-foot entertainment center has a remote actuated pivot door that leads into the gun vault. This ultimate entertaining space not only includes gun cabinetry, it also contains a projector screen fitted with J&S walnut trim, an American Black Walnut poker table, Spanish Cedar humidor, and a 20-foot bar.

The custom poker table, designed by Julian & Sons, incorporates American Black Walnut with accents of African Wenge wood. The middle leather panel raises with the push of a button for liquor and poker chip storage. The poker chip holders are solid American Black Walnut incased with the black African Wenge wood.
